This page carries the product safety information required by the General Product Safety Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2023/988, for buyers in the European Union and Northern Ireland. It applies to every physical item sold through the merchandise store.
EU Responsible Person
The seller, AIFILMS LLC, is established in the United States. Under GPSR a product sold into the EU needs a contact inside the EU who can be reached about its safety. That contact is:
HONSON VENTURES LIMITED
3, Gnaftis House flat 102
Mesa Geitonia, 4003
Limassol, Cyprus
Write to that address about the safety or compliance of a product. For an order, a delivery or a refund, write to info@theconsciousness.ai instead, which is faster.
Who makes the products
Every item is made to order. There is no stock. When an order is paid, it is sent to a print provider in our partner network, which prints and ships it directly.
Country of origin: United States. All current products are produced outside the EU and shipped in. The individual print provider that made a given item is named on the packing slip inside the parcel, and we will confirm it by email on request.
Product specific safety information
Materials, fabric weight, sizing and care instructions for each item are shown in the Product Information panel on that product, reached with the information button on its card in the store. Read the care instructions before first use, and follow the label sewn into the garment, which is the authority if the two ever differ.
These are ordinary consumer textile and accessory goods, apparel, bags, headwear, drinkware and stickers. They carry no age rating and are not toys. Anything with a cord, a strap or a small part is not suitable for an unsupervised young child.
If you believe an item you received is unsafe, stop using it and tell us at info@theconsciousness.ai. We will pass the report to the print provider and to the Responsible Person named above.
EU legal guarantee
Buyers in the EU and Northern Ireland have a legal guarantee of two years from delivery on goods that do not conform to the contract, under Directive (EU) 2019/771. That right is free, it sits alongside anything written in our store policies, and nothing on this site reduces it.
A faulty, damaged or misprinted item is replaced or refunded in full. See store policies for how to report one.
Import VAT and customs
For orders delivered into the EU with a goods value at or under 150 EUR, our fulfilment partner clears customs under its own Import One Stop Shop registration and pays the import VAT. You are not asked for VAT at the door for those parcels. A carrier may still charge its own handling fee, and orders above 150 EUR are cleared normally, with duties and taxes payable on arrival.
